WP07 - Human Genomics


The major objective is to accelerate future identification of effective treatment. The overall goal is to stratify ASD patients into clinically and biologically meaningful subgroups as determined by (dis)similarity of their molecular profiles.

The objectives of this workpackage are:     

  • Deliver a genetic profile of the Accelerated Longitudinal, Infants at-risk and Synaptic gene deficit cohorts
  • Characterise genes and pathways associated with ASD
  • Identify genetically-driven molecular subtypes of ASD using network-based stratification methods
  • Establish associations between molecular subtypes and intermediate phenotypes of ASD
